Si lo que deseas es utilizar únicamente MSN Messenger, simplemente configura para que Windows Messenger no se inicie con Windows, ni en segundo plano, ni que lo inicie el Outlook Express (éste sólo interactúa con Windows Messenger, no con MSN Messenger).
